1-Petition addressed to our Directorate

Application is done to the directorate either in written form or through electronic medium.The request is clearly specified in the petition and the events which shall be registered are shown. The originals or certified copies of the verifying information are enclosed to the petition. The documents are signed after having approved in compliance with due judicial requirements. Certified documents may also be prepared in electronic medium as well.It is signed by persons or persons who are authorized to request registry of petitions.

5-The Decision of the Authorized Organ of the Seat, Opening of a Branch and Decision for Appointment of a fully Authorized Resident Personnel in Turkey.

Capital may be assigned to the branch if required, the ¼ of the capital amount is blocked before the bank and then said fund may be utilized after the establishment of the company.
